• 1. How are your toys different from regular toys?

  Our toys are designed based on early childhood development research. Each product is intentionally created to support skills like focus, motor control, problem-solving, and independence all while keeping play joyful and open-ended.

• 2. What ages are your products meant for?

  We offer products for babies as young as 1 year going up to 5 years. Each item is matched to specific developmental stages, with guides to help you use them meaningfully.

• 3. Are your materials eco-friendly and safe?

  Yes. We use FSC-certified wood, non-toxic water-based paints, and materials that are safe for mouthing. We believe in making toys that are good for your child and better for the planet.

• 4. Can your toys help reduce screen time?

  Absolutely. Many parents tell us our toys keep their kids engaged for longer without screens. Because our play experiences are hands-on and thoughtfully designed, they naturally promote focus, imagination, and independent play.

• 5. How do I know if my child is using the toys ‘correctly’?

  There’s no one right way to play! We include parent guides with all our developmental toys to help you understand the purpose of each one but we always encourage you to follow your child’s lead. Every child engages differently and that’s okay.

• 6. How do I clean the wooden toys?

  Just use gentle surface cleaning spray or wipes. Avoid soaking the wood in water a quick wipe-down works best to keep them clean and safe.

• 7. When will my order arrive?

  We usually dispatch all orders the very next day. Most products are delivered within 3–4 working days. If you need delivery by a specific date, please feel free to message us we’ll do our best to make it work!

• 8. Can I get my order gift-wrapped?

  We’d love to help! If you need gift wrapping, just reach out to our customer care team before placing your order, and we’ll try our best to make it happen.

• 10. Is the paint used on your toys safe for babies?

  Yes, absolutely! We use water-based, non-toxic paints that meet not just Indian safety standards, but also USA and European toy safety certifications. All our toys pass USA ASTM safety tests, so you can trust they’re safe for your little one.

• 11. Do you offer bulk gifting or birthday party orders?

  Yes! Whether you’re looking for return gifts, a birthday bundle, or a thoughtful baby shower gift, just message us we’ll help you curate something meaningful (and memorable!).

• 12. What is your return policy?

  All product is eligible for return within 5 days of delivery in case of manufacturing defects, damage, or wrong item received. Product must be unused and returned with original packaging and accessories.

  Because we make products for babies and toddlers, we’re unable to accept returns due to hygiene reasons. However, if there’s any issue with your order, we’ll be happy to replace the item free of charge. Just reach out we’re here to help.
