Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 5 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Products returned after the 5-day return window
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at contact@pebblepie.in within 5 days of delivery
  • Mention your order number and reason for return
  • Share clear photos or videos (if the product is damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.


4. Return Shipping

  • Return pickup will be arranged based on location and availability.
  • For all other returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement subject to stock availability.
  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider
  • It may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account
