1. Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 5 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags, labels, and accessories intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Products returned after the 5-day return window
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at contact@pebblepie.in within 5 days of delivery
- Mention your order number and reason for return
- Share clear photos or videos (if the product is damaged or defective)
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
4. Return Shipping
- Return pickup will be arranged based on location and availability.
- For all other returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Replacement Policy
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement subject to stock availability.
- If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
